Hey guys, well today I noticed something that sort of made me laugh.
Since the release of Midsummer Station and mainly the song Good Time there has been a bigger boom in the talk about Owl City. Personally I have noticed this from some of my friends who aren't HootOwls and they are all like "omg I love that Owl City song" and "his music is amazing!" and I just sit back smiling because I have been saying that for years.
So I just wanted to know am I the only one who has seen this change?
Or have you also had similar conversations?
I think it's great that more people are noticing Adam, for many reasons, One because it's less people looking at me with the same question when I say I love Adam Young his music is amazing. And two, the people on the music channels stop saying we will now have Carly Rae Jepsen new song ft Owl City, when it is clearly his song.

As you may, or may not have noticed the series of unlocking tasks that have taken place on Owl City's official website, the latest was the unlocking of the cover art for the newest EP, Ultraviolet, (which will be available for download on June 27th) along the track list and the Wolf bite teaser clip.

Hi guys, sorry for the lack of activity, but I'm here now to talk about Owl City's newest single 'Beautiful Times' featuring Lindsey Stirling which according to the Facebook post that I just read that had another extract of the single is being released at midnight. I don't know if that's US or Global.
From the small clips of the song that has been posted the song sounds really good, with a good beat and the violin that is provided by Lindsey, who I first came to know of through Penatonix's cover of 'Radioactive' by Imagine Dragons, which I must say I love the whole theme of that music video.

Mr young you've out done yourself once again, that's right Adam has teamed up with Yuna to produce a great song for dreamsworks newest movie the Croods.
The song is called 'Shine your way' and after watching the trailer for the movie is seems to fit extremely well.
The background music has a good beat to it, with a slow steady beat, it's isn't as upbeat dance style as 'when can I see you again' from Wreak it Ralph but it does fit the prehistoric theme of the movie, and personally I do think the pace of the vocals mirrors that of when can I see you again but in a much slower pace. It doesn't have that techo, sort of metallic sound that I do l
